Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by HS-ONE Marketing Agency Limited.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to fees paid to HS-ONE Marketing Agency Limited for services. It does not apply to third-party advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta, which are governed by those platforms' own terms.

2. Fixed-price project work

For fixed-price projects (such as website builds), deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, reflecting time and resources already committed. Any remaining fees are payable according to the agreed project payment schedule regardless of project outcome, provided we have delivered services in line with the agreed scope.

3. Monthly retainers

Retainer fees are payable in advance for the month of service and are non-refundable once that month's work has commenced, reflecting time and resources allocated to the account for that period. Clients may cancel future months in line with the notice period specified in their agreement.

If you believe services have not been delivered in line with an agreed scope, please contact us at support@hs1marketing.pro so we can review the matter directly. We aim to resolve service concerns collaboratively before any refund discussion.
